Cancellation & Refund Policy
Mind Match by Maleeza understands that circumstances can change and that appointments may occasionally need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full and may not be eligible for a refund.
Missed appointments or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may also be charged in full.
Where sufficient notice is provided, payments may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a session has taken place, fees are generally non-refundable.
If Mind Match by Maleeza needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment time. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, any payment made for the affected session will be refunded.
